Man, you gots to be carefull in those Costco's, a person can go broke saveing money in there. Sounds like a nice smoker
In the interesting findings vein, I had a cooler that had some serious left over stink & grung in it. I gave it a good spraying with some Lysol tub and tile cleaner and it spiffed it right up. _________________ Ken

I've got one of the smokers- works great. I even smoked some rib-eye steaks in it.
I ordered one of the covers for it from the factory on line-- it took 2-1/2 months and several threatening phone calls to receive the cover-- after they posted my credit card. They kept telling it was shipped and I should have it in 2 weeks. _________________ Roger

Hmmmmm,
The PNW is sure famous for smoking the best fish in the world, but when it comes to BBQ, West Texas can't be beat.
When you're talking beef, pork, and turkey, ain't nothin' better than slow cookin' over mesquite, usin' a 2 barrel cooker of the style shown here, from New Braunfels, Texas.

These folks have some really nice cookers, and some pretty good recipes, as well.
When it's time to switch from Salmon to a little down-home BBQ, you might consider it.

We had some of the TyBoo Mike smoked sturgeon that he claimed to have cooked while he was "still learning how to use". That stuff was so good that maybe he will do up a batch and vacum pack it up to take to Blakely. That would go well with some of that great beer.
