Does any recognize the items in these photos, in particular the Hummingbird units?

TIA,

Nick

Looks like a depth sounder/fish finder, a VHF radio and Lowrance depth sounder/fish finder. However, I assume you were looking for something more in a reply. What do you wish to know?

Agree with Roger--the last Lowrance can also be used as a GPS with the appropiate antenna. The X70A is non current. You can probably get transducers for the fishfinders thru AirMar. I had never seen one of those Hummingbird radios--(I have owned a couple of the hand held hummingbirds). The manual for that radio is at:
http://www.humminbird.com/images/PDF/vhf_radio.pdf

The site map for Hummingbird is at:
http://www.humminbird.com/default.asp?id=953 I believe that the first depthfinder/fishfinder may be fairly recent (I have one which looks very similar)--and you may find the manual for that model on the above site map.

You guys are dead on about the Hummingbird Depth/Fish Finder. I have one of the same units on my pontoon. It is kind of neat in the shallow waters of the Chesapeake Bay. Not only does it accurately give depth, it also spots the fish by approximate size and location in proximity to the boat via a tribeam transducer (starboard, port, or under the boat). The unit can accommodate a speedometer and surface water temp. Mine is in black and white and is over 10 years old and running great. You can still get service on these units along with various transducers and Thermometers and speed measuring devices.
The Hummingbird VHF radio is a great unit! Advertised as being Very Water Resistant. It requires an external VHF Marine Antenna.

Hope this helps.... Butch

A very WARM place is about to freeze over! This is the first post that I did not have anny spelling errors on the first draft. Hats off to the site's token Applachian American!

I did find out that the radio is indeed a VHF type. Humminbird customer service was quite prompt in the reply to the question..........

Many thanks to you folks for your helpful and meaningful replies,

Nick

If that Lowrance is working hang on to it. I have one just like it with 3 transducers, as I was moving it back and forth between my boat and two dinghies. I had a Hummin Bird (pronounced that way by the sweet little girl at the factory). We were on a first name basis after my unit made 3 trips back there. I finally boxed it all up and gave it away.It worked just fine in freash water, but was intermittant in salt.
