BOODALU Has Landed on Lake Barkley!!

Just received a call about an hour ago. Michael on BOODALU has safely landed in Cadiz, KY at the Lake Barkley State Park and Marina. He made it a few days early actually and the towing is going much better than he thought!! That is great. The down side,....is I did not think he was to arrive until the 30th....and my boat is 180 miles up river....so we will not get to boat together until the 29th.

I did warn him about the buffett on the hill top lodge at the State Park, and the bannana pudding for sure. Told him to be sure he had the bunk in order prior to eating...

Great to hear a new C-Brat with a new rig is getting off to a safe and fun start.

Michael...look forward to seeing you on the 29th... May just toss the boat on the trailer rather than rivering down. Only a 2 hour drive that way...but I would miss the Nashville City dock and night life of Nashville... Hummm...

Maybe I will jump on board, get you thru the first lockage in your boat, show you how really easy it is once you get the rope locations and placements right....then hope off in Clarksville. Take my boat down river thru Old Hickory....and we meet on the Nashville wall.

Not sure if you are taking advantage of the wireless at the marina or not.
