Wrote a long ad, went back to get the picture and it disappeared!
Anyway, it's for sale. Gotta free up room at the pier/lift for the TC255 I just bought.
It's a 1994, you can see the HIN on my profile. Twin 45 Honda's with 350 hours on them. I've had it since 2002, had 250 hours on it when I bought it.
There are things which I meant to do with the boat, some repair, some maintenance and some cosmetic but if I can sell it at this good price "AS-IS", I'll let it go now. If not, it'll go into the garage and I'll do those things this winter and put it back on the market in the spring (at a higher price).
I'll post more stuff or answer PMs or e-mail regarding the boat.

Meant to add, it's perfectly usable "as-is". It went to Langford (110 miles each way) in June. You can drive it away on the water, or on the 1994 LoadRite galvanized trailer (surge brakes) that has new tires.

Some more about the boat...
Raymarine 2KW Radome and B&W display. Has a slot for a chart, it's a combined radar/chartplotter although I haven't used it that way.
Garmin GPS/Chartplotter 185 I think with the GDS 20 Sounder module.
Radio is a newer DSC model, forgot the brand, will post later.
All electronics were put on within the past two years.
Compass
Anchor/Rode 15' of chain and 150' of 1/2" line (it's shallow in the Bay)
Upholstry redone three years ago with blue sunbrella. Bimini is also blue sunbrella.
I have a rocket launcher for it but it interferes with the bimini and I took it off. Have marine-tex in the holes but it needs cosmetic work. You can have the rocket launcher if you want it. I bought it when a lot of other folks did, I'm not happy with the "stainless" but maybe it'll clean up...
Tanks are the standard (for 1994) 15 gallon versions held down with clips and a canvas cover over the well holding them. Bilge pump in the middle in a sump, none in the cabin. The tanks need cleaning out, I pick up crud periodically and have to clean one or the other of the Racor filters. Engines operate independently, one off each tank.
Two Group 27 Batteries, two years old, one in each lazarette.
Round Stainless BBQ grill that mounts off the stern and comes in a neat blue bag.
Swim ladder as well as cockpit steps that mount on either side. Makes it easy to get in for us of the geriatric set (or knee replacement in my case).
Put one of those new opening windows in the cabin door, really helps ventilation.
Dry Deck in the cockpit with indoor/outdoor over it, works well.
Raymarine ST6001 autopilot head installed in dash but I have not cut into the Seastar steering to install the pump yet. Have all the parts ready to go in the original box. Made a mounting bracket out of starboard for the pump but just haven't done the deed yet.
Stove is the Origo alcohol two burner. The "ice box" is the standard one that mounts under the helm seat. I planned to pull it out and put in shelves as many have done.
Grab rails mounted in the overhead of the cabin.
E-mail or PM me if you have any questions. |

Sounds like this would be a great deal for someone on the east coast looking for a 22 cruiser. It already has the items most boaters would want.

Thanks Dave. I think so too. If the TC255 hadn't come along when it did, I'd still have the boat (which I still do) as my primary boat. Lots of interest so far, one offer (which I didn't take, yet).
