I wish I had seen this a couple hours ago Tom! I would have loved to go out with you again. I should be out sometime tomorrow on Elliot Bay again. Last Sat I got a 17.5 King and on Monday my daughter Jamy got a 12.5 King. _________________ Gary Johnson

Same for me Tom. By the time I read your post, it was too late to call. I'm planning on going out all next weekend. The pinks should be in and I hear there are some nice coho coming out of PNP.

Well saturday ended up being sunday with warren. we had a pink on one line before I could get the second line down. We ended up with 3pinks and one king that I released. would not have netted it but I thought it was a silver until I got a better look . I did not expect a king in the middle on the channel. All fish were taken in 600 plus feet of water at 123ft down. fishing the tail end of the incoming tide line was the key. every time I crossed it I hooked up. That king really put my light pink gear to the test. A couple of good deep runs and a screaming surface run at the boat. . another great day on the water. |
