Can anyone tell me what the overall length and height of a 22' CD is while on the trailer? I know this depends entirely on trailer brand, setup, ect....but I'm just trying to see if my current, oversized garage will handle it. I can make modifications to the length of the garage quite easily, but right now it has a door clearance of 9'-9" (barely).
Hopefully I'll have my own to measure as of this saturday. (don't wanna ginx it by getting tooooo excited) _________________ Snal~

By my crude measuring, we're about 9' 4" to the top of the radome...installed on a low arch. Overall length of the whole shebang is about 27 1/2'. Our trailer is a Pacific tandem axle.
Hope this helps some.

Thanks Rick! Looks like she'll fit in my humble little garage! Not sure what make the trailer is, but it is the type with the side folding tongue, I'm assuming that this will take at least 2' off the overall length, if it does, she'll fit. (No radar currently, high point is a roof mounted GPS antenna.
Now with any luck....I'll be pulling her home in 96 hours and FINALLY be a C Dory owner!
I'm not the least bit excited, and I'm sleeping like a baby.....NOT! |

Cool! I hope she fits in your garage. I sure wish we had a place to get our boat out of the sun...it's just hammering the finish of the ol' gal.
If you love your 22 half as much as I do...you'll be one happy camper.

I hope so Rick. I've been researching these boats for 2 years now, and I have 2 notebooks full of pics, outfitting ideas, and very interesting journeys made by C Dory owners. Not to mention all of the ideas that have been bouncing around in my head.
If this boat is what it appears to be, then I will definately be a very happy camper!...and you guys might just get sick of me posting my excitement here...LOL! |

Snarl~ – we never get tired of excited C-Dory owners posting on this site.
When you get your boat and start modifying it plus adding to it, make sure you get a photo album and post pictures.
