Just a quick question to those that have the snap on window covers. The snaps in the corners of the window frame are they pop riveted on or do you just use the snaps with the screws in them?

Snaps with screws in them on mine...and they are screwed into the existing window screw holes, at the corners only.

The snaps with the screws. Drill a small pilot hole. Easy.

All these use existing holes, no drilling necessary.

Dito here, we used the existing holes in the window frames.
The solid covers also snap on over the screen covers.

Just a thought...

I had my windshield cover made to attach to the OUTSIDE of the front windows.

Had a pilothouse sailboat sometime back that had the same type of covers & I liked it.

One major advantage is no dead bugs on the front windows after trailering the boat 500 miles.

Again, just a thought.

Yes I have been kind of going back and forth on the front windows as far as inside or outside.

i thought the same thing until I found out that the factory does not recommend trailering with the windshield cover in place. Apparently it abrades the glass. Sad

As for an inside cover, Jim and Joan on Wild Blue use those twistable truck window shade covers inside. I'll either do that or have covers made for each of the inside windows like youse guys have done.
