So here is what we are thinking! We are going cruising in the San Juans this weekend. We'll leave Daydream at Birch Bay Sunday instead of towing back to Fall City, since I am taking the 5th and 6th off. I will drive back to Fall City in a car late Sunday night, Patty will stay at Birch Bay and I will come back up Tuesday afternoon. Birch Bay does not have an "organized" fireworks show but it has one of the best - and longest - disorganized shows anywhere, people spend thousands, and it goes on and on! Wednesday night we will be anchored out in Birch Bay, which, strange as it may seem, we have never done before, far enough out to be spectators rather than targets! Anybody looking for a fun show is welcome to join us!
