My boat is a 2006 model and the water tank is dead centre of the v-berth, The fill is on the port and my holding tank is in the stern.

Happy to post the picture. I'm just in the midst of spraying so Delta T Mascoat insulating coating on so the boat is kinda torn apart. I also made the v-beth door wider. I'll post some pictures on the weekend when camera (and hopefully my wife) comes back from its week in Palm Springs.

How big is the holding tank on the pre-2007 CD25s?
Bob Austin is right, my holding tank is 9.5 gallons and is part of the head, which is probably why my boat dips to starboard when at rest. With the kids, it is always being used!

I would guess that the holding tank is close to 25 gallons--from the outside dimensions--I can measure exactly--but some origional owners may still have the brochure or spec sheet .

| I'm finding that 9.5 gallons fills quickly when kids are around! Not that I'd want to carry around 25 gallons of black water, but it's 2 1/2 times more volume...more time away from a dump station. |

Mine is forward under the V-berth like others have said. I put a porthole above to get to the hose fittings (fill/vent) and also a large hole in the footwell area to fit a full hatch for viewing water level. I discovered my tank was put in at a slight tilt (for stability I was told...), looks to be 20 gals, but only holds 16.5 due to the tilt.
