|
|
I have a thru-hull sensor mounted about 4" forward of the cockpit drain. The fishfinder works fine, until I get up to about 10mph. then it just becomes noise... I know this is turbulance but I can not find a better spot on the bottom for the sensor..... the dealer has ordered a fairing block, that should put the sensor several inches deeper in the water.... and hopefully clean up the turbualnce...... anyone have any experience with thru-hull sensors ?? will this work ?? I have never had any problems with the attach-to-the-back type sensors, but this thur-hull is not doing the job. Ideas ?? |
