Good marina Clear Lake, Seabrook,TX, in July?

I'm planning on taking the TomCat down to the Seabrook, TX, area over the Fourth of July to try some Gulf fishing again and to meet my sons.

Does anybody know of a good marina, close to the Gulf outlet, that is secure? Since I'm prob only going to be there a week, price is not the most important factor, as long as it's not some kind of ritzy yacht club. Facilities and security are high on the list. I'd like to be able to get out to the Gulf fairly quickly.
