For those who keep a log of their boating activities, I've found a great one for our sized boats. It's called simply "Boat Log Book" by Joe B. Orr and it's available from Amazon.com for $11.16. It's not fancy, it's spiral bound (but durable) and is laid out the way I would have done it if I were creating it. In short, I like it. I just stumbled on it searching on the internet and thought others might be interested.

I keep a regulation deck log aboard the Tug Kea...as it is a working tug and it helps me remember when I serviced things or the names of the folks I worked for...helps to jog my memory when it is time to service their anchor systems...but a log is a technical account.
Aboard the C-Dory I use a spiral notebook.....I keep a running account of each trip with the boat and the folks on the trip, sorta like a diary.
I found that using a notebook is much easier...... my notebook has lots of room for notes, names and events... more fun to read later....it's amazing how often I look back at trips and it brings back fond memories.
