Howdy,
I'm looking to add a couple of reading lights in the V-berth fo MOOSE. Does anyone have any good suggestions on manufacturers and models?

Hi Al,
Although it might not be what you had in mind, a "gooseneck" light might work pretty well in the V-berth area.
I browsed for "gooseneck light" and got several hits. Here's one: http://www.IndustrialHouse.com/
I've thought about putting one on "Naknek" but haven't gotten around to it yet....

Thanks for the idea. Although I'd like some directionality, I really don't want another protrusion; there's enough stuff to get hung up on as it is. I was just down working on the boat, and my current thought, after looking at the V berth again, is to mount a couple of LED dome lights on the ceiling, imediately forward of the dash protrusions. I think that location would be perfect for reading, even though I think the dome lights are meant for general illumination rather than task lighting.

Moose, try this one, it's only 10W and doesn't stick out much. I think it's got a built in switch too which cuts down on the wiring somewhat. _________________ CHARLIE and PENNY CBRAT #100
