we'd be game for a back water tour, that alone is worth the price of admission. _________________ Ken

Hope this gathering gets off the ground. This is always been a good time to get the mothballs out of the boat, gather with good people, maybe catch a springer or sturgen, and take a relaxing back water cruise. Anybody else interested?

AND they opened the keep days to Sundays too above the lines, I think is the delineation.
Looking like I've been rousted to sell raffle tickets and work on the derby since I got lippy with the newly appointed VP
In a reality check, it looks like we won't be able to make it if it's either the almost 1st, 1st or 2nd weekend in April...rat hunting one, fin clipping one weekend at Whiskey Creek...derby the other.
Daggon I'd love to win the raffle! 5 days for 2 all paid fishing in BC at a resort (and not Blue~C -- not that B~C doesn't catch fish....or does he? -- but British Columbia!) what a dream! |

Caty- it sounds like you need to retire or something...much to busy.
It seems to me that either a) the person selling raffle tickets should be ineligable to win the prize, or, b) the person selling raffle tickets should somehow rig the drawing I hope you two win it, sounds like it would be a durn fine adventure.
It's early yet, but it's sure looking like Catchalimit may be a low key event |

Toni and I will be there, if and when there is a sign up list. Just let us know what to bring if there is going to be a potluck or group meal. (don't get carried away Ken) _________________ RUSS & TONI |

Well, that settles it. April 14-15 it is, and B~C is the Cruise Director. I hope he knows what he's getting into with the "back water tour". This river don't go to Aintry. _________________ TyBoo Mike

yikes, this is drawing near maybe we could cajole Larry into talking the harbormistress into saving us a few spots, if not I can run down there and check it out.
They have a fine, covered, dining area we can probably commandeer for a potluck Saturday evening. I'll keep an eye out for some good road kill to BBQ, if I can't find any, I'll see what I can find in the Foster Farms dumpster.
I see there are a few C-rangers plying the river now, will they venture downriver to Cathlametstan?
Perhaps a rare 18' C-D will makes it's debut? |

That is the plan. The boat is right side up. Need to start adding the new toys to it and fuel tanks.

I'll go check it out tomorrow, in years past you didn't need to reserve a slip, they just saved a chunk of dock for the group. |

Yo Ken! I'm on vacation down here in Florence, Or. right now. Typing this on a WIFI laptop. Heck, just give Jackie a call at the marina, I'll stop in there when I get back and tie up any loose ends if there are any. _________________ Larry S

I finally got off my duff and gave Jackie a call to set aside a chunk O' dock for the annual C-D,R migration. She was going to pencile in dock space for 6-10 boats. All one has to do is show up & pay for your slip fee.
Good news, no rain this year, aint allowin it. I'm still looking for that just right road kill for the Saturday evening BBQ
Should be fun.......Larry, gotta boat? |
