SBS & Brats@Hawthorne Agenda?

What's the agenda for the Brats gathering at the Hawthorne hotel? I would like to know what events have been planned, and the times and locations for each, so that I can plan my visits to the SBS around them.

Also, what's the best way to get to the SBS from the Hawthorne, including parking? I recall from last year that there was a shuttle from the main venue to the Lake Union Boats Afloat venue, and I am assuming that will be available this year as well? Is there going to be a shuttle from the Hawthorne to the SBS?

Warren,

Here is a summary:

The C-Brats party is at the Hawthorne Suites hotel on Friday night.

The C-Dory Factory party is at the C-Dory factory on Saturday night.

You can drive from the hotel to the Seattle Boat show and they have parking (paid) there.

The Hawthorne Suites has a shuttle bus to and from the airport
and they may also go to the SBS.

All the above locations have web sites and Map Quest can give driving directions.

Ok, the room at the motel won't be available till approximatly 6:30-7:00 PM on friday night.that gives all a chance to have dinner or whatever. as far as what to bring to the party, it is up to you. BYOB and some sort of snack foods are best. I will be bringing some clam dip and chips

on Sat. night the factory doesn't want anyone showing up
much before 6:30 pm. the dinner will be served around 7:00 - 7:30 ish

The Hawthorn does not have a shuttle to the boat show.
I am sure that there are enough people going that there could be some ride sharing happen.
