Too many other people were starting to post in green using bold type. I would see their post and think it was me. To keep myself from getting confused (which is easy at times) I decided to use a color that no one else is using. So from now on when I see gray, I will know it is me. I have also decided to use a non-standard font size.

Interesting premise... I have decided to post in a different manner, too: let me know how this comes through...

I used clear type on the above. Hope y'all enjoyed the joke, the invisible photos, and the instructions on where to find that box of cash I buried while in the San Juans. Cool

Best wishes,
Jim B.

Jim - you can’t fool me. You just entered 41 blank lines between the first and last sentence. You probably saw where I said, “I sometimes get confused easily” and wanted to test me.

Now let me give you a test. Tell me when you cannot read this any more and the last character in this sentence!

Oh, oh, oh... I studied for this test! Pick me, pick me! How's about "... the last character in this sentence"? Thus, the last character would be "e"... unless, of course, you sneakily (is that a word?) put some spaces in there, in which case "space (not the final frontier)" would be the last character.

Are we gonna get booted outta here for wasting bandwidth? Embarassed

Your pal,
Jim
(Disclaimer: I did not post this while on my C-Dory, but I was looking at a photo of my boat at the time)

You can always "Quote it" and then look at the code...

[siz=24]Now let me [siz=18]give you a [siz=12]test. Tell me [siz=9]when you cannot [siz=7]read this any [siz=5]more and the [siz=3]last character in [siz=1]this sentence[siz=1]!

You just gotta remember to modify the "code" when you cut and paste it. Laughing Laughing And the last character would be an "e". Jim is correct. 15 degrees here tonite, I envy him in the Gulf Breezes!! Wink

Aw, Charlie, you gave it away! Just imagine how many people were looking around for their magnifing glasses! Xmas Naughty

Guess I'm back on Santa's "other" list now, huh?

Happy Holidays,
Jim B.

PS - The cold front made it here... it's all the way down to 55º this evening. I actually had to put on socks today!

Jim - you did not think I would make it that easy, did you? I knew you would find the "e" quite easily but it is not the last character in the sentence. And I do not count a space as a character.

Charlie – I never thought of looking for it like you, but you missed it also.

Bill or Mike – if you guys are reading this thread, could you move the portions of the thread dealing with this riddle to another thread? Charlie and Jim have 67 keyboard characters left to guess from and it may start filling this thread with post not related to the topic.

The thread is already filled with "off topic posts" - this is the C-brata after all!
BTW - the white exclamation point is the last character in the sentence.

How can you sleep when you're about to head to Hawaii??? I'm so excited I could just wet myself (is that too much information?). Why, just this moment, I'm writing this post... while Joan is getting the van loaded. Wink (If she reads this, I will be missing another portion of my hind-end. Twisted Evil )

I understand the guys in the frozen northland clinging to civilization (???) here. You look out the window and see the evil white crap... temperatures heading to negative numbers... wind chill approaching absolute zero... aaaaarrrrrrgggghhhh!

Sorry, guess I had a flashback there.

Why not end the sentence and the thread with an exclamation point, Dave!

Charlie misses a lot now that he's in his recliner years.

Very good Roger. Did you figure it out by looking at the code or do it another way?
