FYI, This boat sold to the first person who hopped on the ferry and went out to Shaw Island and looked at it. Caught the 5am "red-eye"! Got to be quick!

You hear so often, it is hard to find a good buy on a C-Dory but if a person is diligent and quick, he or she can still find that good buy.
I also wonder if it was someone from here or that monitors this site.

Well I was at the sellers office when it opened and none
of the phone messages or emails had been looked at so
I guess I was first however I was only interested in the
cruising model and told the office person that I would pass
it it was not the cruising model and she would ask her
boss who owned the boat when he came in. No one
called me back. I did tell her that the price was a lot
lower than what I had seen. Still looking for a sixteen

Bob,
Welcome to the un/non-Illustrious club of those of us looking for a decent (or any) used 16 Cruiser. I've been at it for quite a while without success...I see the odd Angler come up but haven't seen a Cruiser for sale used since one last spring (in retrospect should have snapped that beauty up!). People seem to hang on to those little 16's and can you blame them? A guy or gal can take one of those pretty much anywhere. Best of success to you in your search, unless of course I'm also looking at the same boat in which case I wish you success with your continued search!

I saw more than three on there, but they were the angler model or new cruisers, except this one here.

Yep, I keep my eye on boattrader as well as other sources, the one used 16 Cruiser available is too rough for my tastes. It has been for sale for months now so might not be other folks "cup of tea" as well.
Everything else you're seeing Chromer is new...It may come down to buying new as there is a dearth of well treated used 16 Cruisers. Thanks for the heads up though, it is appreciated. |

| Hello All-- I MAY BE putting my 1991 16' cruiser on the market in the near future, possibly around the 1st of the year, it is really a well equipped and maintained boat with new sunbrella top and covers.
