Looks like a few silvers are making it down the Strait...finally. 'Tis been rather sucky so far this year.
Jon and I landed a few last week near PA, including a couple nice hatcheries at around 8 and 12 lbs. This evening, the C-Lous landed this hog...right around 14 lbs.
Cynthia is always quite fond of calling me up down here, and rubbing it in.
4 years, 6 months, 19 days...

Bill-
Did C-Lou and Jon get that HOG with Pee Wee? (In the background)
Since the boat is half yours, you ought to call her back up and demand your rightful share: Half the fillets smoked, canned, and delivered to your doorstep UPS!
(Then maybe she wouldn't be calling you up to brag the next time!)

Yup...I love that boat. As you can see, it's got great karma.
I'm guessing 90% of our fishing will be from Pee Wee...the ability to be on the water in 10 minutes far outweighs any benefits of fishing on the 22's, since they require a trip downtown to a "real" ramp.
And truthfully...I like fishing from the 16 better than our 22's. You can sit under cover, with one hand on the wheel, and still grab the rods in about 2 seconds. It's just a really sweet setup. |

Yep, she's at it again. So far, we're not catching a lot of silvers but the ones being caught are good size.
