TandT - sounds like a good boat and reasonably priced.

Pre ‘85’ 22 footers are known as the 22’ Classic C-Dory model.

On Craig’s List it is listed for 17,500 or best offer.
Some one wanting an older C-Dory can probably get a good deal on this boat.
