Planing speed of a CD-19

A friend tows a CD-16 behind his GB Trawler to use as a fishing boat when he gets to Alaska. He says it planes at 8 knots perfectly for his cruising speed at 8.5. Does anyone know the planing speed of an unoccupied cd 19? I may have to tow one and would like to know how much drag it might be.
