Nothing but a short for three days this past weekend for me. They are getting a few upriver, and some folks are getting a few in the estruary, but it is pretty slim pickin's from my boat. There have been lots of boats above Tongue Point, so somebody must be doing something. _________________ TyBoo Mike

We fished two poles last Friday with one shaker between Tongue Point, Lois Island, and Rice Island, Saturday two poles and caught Five fish with two keepers just west of #43 green buoy (just west of Tongue Point) after the flood started, tried the same thing Sunday with four poles and got only one shaker. Will be trying again this weekend. _________________ RUSS & TONI |

Last week, reports from the John Day ODFW fish counter and folks who fished out of Aldrich Point jive with what MIke said:
About one keeper for every three boats out of the John Day (most were fishing near Tongue Point), with the guided boats doing better than that.
About one keeper for every two rods out of Aldrich Point, with most people fishing off-channel spots. _________________ Dave Kruger
