I need some inputs, from the experienced. I just
installed a Intellimap480 gps and I am trying to
decided what software to get, and I am a little
confused, most of my boating is going to be North and
South Carolina coast and some off shore , not to far
off shore, and some of the lakes in South Carolina. I
am leaning to Nauticpath, but would appriciate any
input you all could provide.
Thank you Paul |

Hmm.. I'm not familiar with either product. Not sure if any other's on here are. You might jump over to www.thehulltruth.com and look in the electronics forum. |

The Intellimap is made by Eagle who's parent company is Lowrance. This means that you should be able to run either the NauticPath or Navionics via an SD card chip. I would ask some of your local people what works better. Here in the Puget Sound region I actually found the Navionics to have more information on the charts than the NauticPath and so I went that route. But the NauticPath charts are certainly the right price! _________________ Gary Johnson
