Anyone have a dilution rate for salt away for general spray down of Boat after boating in salt.
I plant to use The product in a garden sprayer for boat, brakes and engine exterior. Unless we've taken a slip with dockside water I won't treat engines internally until arriving home. But I want to do brakes before and after launching whenever possible.
I see a number of you use garden sprayers. If I only had one for now what size should it be, one, two or three gallon (think storage).
Since the invention of sealed LeD taillights I no longer unhook the trailer lights. Should I ? Should I be spraying that area with salt away as well? |

I have never unhooked the trailer lights and haven't had problems. I use a 1 gallon to spray down the brakes, I spray both through the wheel holes and around the back especially to get the calipers. Any of these will work. If I had a 22 single axle I'd look at a 1/2 gallon but with dual axle it's nice to have the wand https://amzn.to/4m3fYaO #ad _________________ https://youtube.com/channel/UCnUbJzZcoK4pA-bdXpO380Q |

Thanks for the info. How much product are you using per gallon. I have Surge brakes so this is likely going to be helpful to spray them down with each use. |

I should really measure but I just dump a bunch in as I'm usually in a hurry. 1 ounce per gallon is high but the cost of trailer brakes and maintenance is a lot higher. |

Thanks Phil,
I guess I'll order the hose attachment. |
