2009 C-Dory Tomcat 255

Lightly used and low time Tomcat. Fully loaded and in very good condition. I purchased the boat in 2016 from the original owner. She has been in Baja since 2016 and has been used 3-4 weeks annually since. Always kept in covered dry storage. Engines rinsed after every outing.

This may be the all around perfect fish, dive, cruise and surf boat. She is fast, stable, roomy, and safe. Standing headroom. Twin Honda 150HP outboard engines with low time. A spacious all weather pilothouse with an enclosed head and shower, queen size berth, and convertible dinette.

This has been an incredible boat, and has never failed me. I am reluctantly selling only because we’re moving to Asia. This boat is not in perfect condition, but is in very good condition for her age. All photos taken November 2024. Inspections welcome.

USCG registered.

$95,000

Personal items, tools, dive gear, and fishing equipment excluded.

Located in Loreto, Baja California Sur. Current Temporary Import Permit. Take delivery in Mexico and possibly avoid sales tax. Leave it in Baja, or transport to San Diego or Yuma areas available for approx $2,500.

This boat is no longer for sale. There has been a lot of interest, but location is clearly a problem. I will be moving the boat to the USA in April and will post here after it is relocated.

I think it will sell pretty quick at that price in the US. It looks like a great deal to me. I was considering a new tomcat but the price was roughly $250k with the options I picked out.

This boat is now in Ventura, CA and listed with Executive Yacht Brokers (https://www.executiveyachtandship.com/).

Recent service on the engines (done in Ventura): 100hr service including oil change, gear oil change; and also new thermostats, and new fuel filters. Also serviced and bled the steering system.

Recent service on trailer (done in Baja prior to moving boat north): new tires (5); new brakes; new bearings; full check over. There were no issues whatsoever with the trailer during the drive north.

I relinquished the Mexico TIP when bringing the boat north, so it's ready to take back to Mexico if the new owner so chooses.

This is a great boat ready for a new owner. If I weren't moving to Asia, I definitely wouldn't be selling.
