26 Venture near new - selling for $40k less than invested

This is a nearly brand new flagship C-Dory has just 25 hours from a couple trips this season. Well over $200,000 invested.
She was purchased in honor of a passed loved one, used for some nostalgic touring and photos, and now she can be purchased for many tens-of-thousands less than what's been paid. It's only been upgraded the new enclosure and new premium Garmin GPS head unit.

New Garmin GPS, New Kicker, Diesel heat & cooktop, New enclosure, Cockpit LED, and new ground tackle (anchor, chain, & rode) with windlass. There is a separate stand-up head, holding tank, macerator, and a stand up shower.

With her 175hp Yamaha, she cruises very efficiently at 25 MPH, and will go to 35 MPH. Measures approximately 29 feet, tip to tip. The kicker has less than 1 hour on it, and all its controls are inside at the helm.

There is a premium 2019 Karavan triple-axle aluminum saltwater trailer available at an extra, but reasonable cost. Vessel has been under professional management and operation since new, with all receipts.

Such a beautiful, beautiful boat. Out of my price target (3X), but a beautiful, well-equipped, and well priced boat.

How has this boat not sold yet?

Capt Randy: Will you share with us what reasons buyers (who have actually seen the boat in person) have mentioned for not completing a purchase?

Sure. We’re baffled too lol Best guesses:

Reasons:
1. It’s winter. No one is chomping to
be on the water
2. Luxury economy very slow the last 2 years
3. Maybe the name on the boat makes it seem like it’s not “new” when it actually is

Two parties have come to see the boat. The first party needed to sell an asset to be able to purchase. The second said it presented as it is represented online, and even better in person, but they weren’t quite ready to buy anything. They were just curious to see this one in person.
