I am remodeling my '95 22 cruiser, and am replacing the rub rail with a tessilmare product, because I didn't want to rivet or bolt through the hull again. If anyone is interested in the old rub rail, it's a bit beat up and corroded, but looks like some polishing and cleaning would make it look just fine. The rubber insert is in good condition. The rail is all one piece(23.5'). Contact me at 360-220-1212. Located in Bellingham WA

How does the Tessilmare rub rail attach to the hull without some kind of mechanical connection? They look like a nice products but appear to me to require bolts, screws or rivets to attach base unit to the boat. _________________ Michael

the Tessilmare attaches with stainless screws, then the rubber insert covers the entire mounting rail. |
