2004 C-Dory 25 Cruiser for sale: $45,000.

Please read all:
I purchased in 2020
Trailer: purchased 2022 Road King dual axle trailer, recent service on hubs and tires.
* electric over hydraulic brakes need servicing
Engine: 2005 Honda Bf135 w 500 hrs, RUSTED CYLINDER
I would suggest a repower w 175hp or 200hp
New (Suzuki 200hp ~19k installed w controls) or used 5k-8k (my research)
Garmin 3010C w radar (new transducer purchased needs install)
Raymarine Autopilot (I never used)
1 crank battery, 3 house batteries, purchased 2021
Canvas: Bimini top in good condition, has full cockpit enclosure stored inside but I have never assembled the enclosure. No guarantees on camper functionality as I have never even taken out of storage bin.
Has snap in window canvas for full interior privacy
Satellite radio, vhs, 4 marine cabin fans
Wallas stove/ diesel heater in good working condition
Refrigerator w small freezer, microwave, keurig coffee maker
Macerator pump purchased but needs install
Cockpit wash down pump not working
Trim tabs replaced 2022 in working order
Inverter/ charger Xantrex Freedom Marine 15 NOT WORKING, needs rebuild or replace, (maybe solar)
Hull: solid hull, no soft spots.
transom had water intrusion and swollen balsa wood, I had complete professional rebuild in 2022 with fiber board installed.
Bottom painted but boat never stored in water.
We had the boat 30 miles offshore this summer. Love the boat just don’t have time to put in the upkeep right now.

Can you clarify "Fiberboard" Usually fiberboard is pressed wood chips or pressed wood dust. Or do you mean a synthetic resin with fiberglass built into it or do you mean Coosa Board?
