2007 22 Cruiser High Top with Rear Helm

2007 C-Dory 22 Cruiser High Top model. Has original 2006 Mercury 90 EFI with 485 hours, 250 of which have been within the past 2 years. Rear steering station custom manufactured and installed in 2023 with kicker throttle controls for the 2021 Mercury 8.0. Electronics installed in 2022 including Garmin GPSMAP 943XSV with Garmin Gt56uhd-Tm Transom Mount Transducer and Garmin VHF 115 Marine Radio. 2 new batteries (start/house) installed in 2023.

This boat is ready to go and includes:
2 Scotty electronic downriggers
1 Scotty electric pot puller
2 Okuma Guide Select Classic salmon rods with Penn reels
2 Okuma Lingcod/Halibut Rods with Penn reels
1 halibut rod with Shimano 700 Reel
1 additional salmon rod with Penn reel

Absolutely hate to sell but have house projects that need to get done. This boat has been a pleasure to own and fish on. I have put thousands into the boat in the past 2 years to make it setup for solo fishing, both lingcod and salmon, and the rear helm makes it so much easier. It is moored in Friday Harbor, WA for viewing.

The bad:
Cosmetically, the boat can use a good buff and wax. Some dings and scratches in gelcoat, crack in base under table (nothing structurally), paint is not perfect (it’s 2008). The cooktop began leaking butane about a year ago and has not been used since. It’s a Kenyon Kiss and I was planning on replacing it with a diesel cooktop but have not gotten around to do so yet. The trailer brakes have seen better days and I have not tried to use them as I usually take it short distances when pulling it out of the water for the season.

After looking at several other postings, I realized I listed way too high and have lowered the price to $48,000.
