I'd just like to post this product I recently installed to replace the worn-out front window adjuster on our 2002 22-Cruiser.

The brackets do not match up so I drilled out all the rivets on the old and new adjusters and replaced the rivets with some screws and locknuts. I also added some nylon bushings to center the new adjuster on the bolts. |

2002 model had a funky twist nut that was hard to tighten. I threw the nut away, replaced it with a pipe coupling with the same thread as the twist nut, drilled and tapped the coupling and screwed in a wing bolt the held the original strut by friction. It worked well and still works.
