2005 22' C-Dory equiped with a 2014 Yamaha 90HP motor. It also has a brand new 2024 Load-Rite elite trailer and Lewmar windless
I have had the boat for just over 2 years and it has always worked flawlessly.
Boat was mainly used in fresh water on Lake Champlain.
Asking $42,000.
Delivery is available if needed.

Dave,
There are many boats which come up for sale, and the owner has not been on the forum previously. Often it seems that these sellers do not follow up and have been difficult to contact. In the case of this individual, he had one other post, and that was in 2022, asking about position of outboard motor during the winter during freezing temperatures. He never even followed up on that thread, although there were 12 answers to his question..
When a seller fallows up it gives more information for the database of sales.

I was hoping to learn more info (market comp?) but saw the post frequency and figured they weren’t coming back. But, as a former Burlington Vt’er, it would’ve been nice to find a close boat with Champlain water in its pedigree. |
