This boat was my first C Dory 22, Jim has added a lot of features to the boat. I believe he is the 4th owner since I sold the boat. At least the 3rd engine since I sold the boat. 'The 90 HP Evinrude which was on the boat when I bought and sold it, was near end of life span, and was at least the 2nd engine on the boat when I sold it. Over 50% of the time before I bought the boat, was in fresh water, and trailer kept most of the time, as it was when I owned it.

When I owned the boat I didn't find any structural issues. All more recent electronics. It should be a great boat for someone.

Our C-Dory was sold yesterday, and will be relocated in Oakland, CA.
