2009 22’ C-Dory cruiser for sale in Houston, MN $52,000

2016 twin Honda fifties, each with less than 400 hours. Model BF50D.

Hydraulic steering.

25# Manson Supreme anchor.

New 200’ pleated rode and 20’ galvanized chain.

Lewmar Pro-Fish electric windlass controlled at helm.

Electric wipers with fresh water rinse.

Ritchie compass.

Garmin VHF 100.

Garmin 942sx.

Carbon monoxide monitors.

Wallas stove and furnace with blower.

Grab bars.

Shore power.

Pro 20, triple bank marine battery charger.

100 AH AGM house battery, 2 yrs old.

Two starting batteries, 530 CCA, 2 yrs old.

High top for extra headroom. Great option! Grouse feather hangs at top of door opening to remind you not to crack your head. Great idea! So far it hasn’t helped me once.

American Cherry dinette table with Brazilian Cherry trim.

Two bilge pumps.

Wash down system. (new pump)

Bennett Trim Tabs.

Arch with nine rocket launchers.

Adjustable, removable, Scotty rod holders for trolling. (four)

Scotty electric downriggers.

Custom transom bench/table/cutting board spanning between battery boxes. Can seat three. We often do day cruises with up to eight people and couldn’t do so comfortably without this feature. We cook with butane stoves and do all other food prep, fish cleaning, sunning and you name it (no don’t) here.

Tandem axle Easy Load trailer with spare tire and oil bath hubs.

Known issues; bottom paint needed and some rubs, scuffs and dings.

Note; this boat is perfectly set up for salmon/trout etc fishing , sans automatic pilot which would be a nice, though not essential, addition. All rods, tackle, and equipment were selected and rigged with professional help and are included in this sale. Everything is in “as new” condition. Inventory shown in pictures.

There is no perfect boat, but IMHO this girl is the perfect compromise. I and my family will be forever grateful for “our turn” with her!

Totally, painfully relatable.

I’m surprised to see you parting with it, Kent. Someone will be getting a nice boat.

Holenhead, can I ask about your splash well bench? It looks like a sheet of maybe StarBoard with a wooden brace, but I can't tell if it's bolted to the boat or if it just sits in place.

If it just sits in place, is the weight sufficient to hold it in place under speed?

And is that just bunk carpet snapped on to it for comfort?

Thanks,
