LIFE OF RILEY, 2nd owner, black trim, grey interior, always stored inside under full custom cover, looks like new. No salt water before 2019. 2020 bottom paint. 2020 Garmin Echomap plotter,, sounder, fish finder, radios.
2007 Mercury 115 HP, fuel-injected 4-stroke, 922 hrs, professionally maintained, looks and runs like new.
2007 EZ-Loader dual-axle trailer, oil bath hubs,4-wheel surge brakes, almost new tires, spare, custom loading guide.
2020 KACHEMAK 7'6" dinghy, slat bottom, oars, to 5 HP, fits nicely on top.
2020 full cokpit enclosure on 1" SS framing, from King Marine, Seattle.
Wallas 1300 space heater, dealer overhauled and updated.
Boat stored inside in Bellingham, all gear, ready to cruise.
All manuals, papers, receipts.

| Standas, I'll second that. Not only is Life Of Riley as clean and pristine a boat as anyone might reasonably imagine, owners Al and Karen are two of the finest people afloat. I've cruised with them for 22 years, and I'm very grateful for our walk time, dock time, and summer memories of boating with them in the San Juan and Gulf Islands. |

Yes, whoever buys Al and Karen's boat will be getting an absolute jewel. We wish them the best and once a C-Brat always a C-Brat! And that goes for us, too!

The high top is one where the top was built a little bit higher than the "regular" boats. I think 4 or 6". Nice for taller folk! |
