I have made the agonizing decision to let my great 2006 CD22, the FRESH FISH go to a good home (yes, I did cry when I made the decision). I am starting a new business, and I will not be able to get out on the water to treat her the way she deserves to be treated. I hate to see the Fresh Fish sit in storage, and she needs a good home.

Fresh Fish is a supreme fishing platform. She was set up to work the Great Lakes for salmon trolling and the Gulf of Mexico for bottom fish. She is especially great for fishing at night when the big Chinook’s come out of hiding to chase baitfish. The anchorlock system on the bow trolling motor makes for great jigging for bottomfish in the Gulf of Mexico. The onboard ship to shore power converter and specialized lighting makes her a dream at dockside. I have many supportive pictures herein the C Brats site in my photo page. Some major features to consider:

1. Hull in excellent condition waxed and washed frequently. Like any hard-working fishing platform, she’s got a few dings here and there.
2. Full CD22 Sunbrella storage cover manufactured by ANGOLA Canvas in 2020. Has side zipper for easy entry when she’s all covered up (see photos). 3. 10. FELL “man overboard” kill switch with two (2) wristbands. This device will shut the motor off if you fall overboard wearing a wristband. 1. Load Rite Elite Model 22T500TG2 galvanized tandem axle trailer with a carrying capacity of 5,400 lbs. (boat weighs approximately 4,500). Trailer was bought new in 2018 and professionally fitted to Fresh Fish by the marine trailer dealer at their yard. 2. Load Rite Electronic over hydraulic brakes included on trailer. These brakes will work seamlessly with your vehicle’s braking system. However, EOH brakes will require you to install a module fitted to your vehicle to activate them properly. This can be a DIY or through your local tow vehicle dealer.
3. LED lights and guide ons.
4. Bearing buddy zirk fittings on all four axles.
5. ST 215/75 R14 Loadstar trailer tires.

A marine survey was prepared in 2018 by a Certified Marine Surveyor. This report is available upon request. However, I have made substantial improvements to Fresh Fish since then.

Fresh Fish is located in Highlands Ranch, CO; about twenty-five miles South of Denver. I have a number of lakes nearby available for a float test.

First she plied the water of the Chesapeake. Then worked the Great Lakes for salmonids, and the Gulf of Mexico for bottomfish. Did a short stint in CO for Lakers and Trout, and now will be in the Pacific again where she started.
