WOW, is that different. I was thinking that it was still some leftover something, release or .?.?.? from the mold that needed to come off yet. If that is the new full color, it is different.
They are moving it one step closer to the finish line.

Seems to me that the only other time I've seen a fully colored hull it's been a dark blue Venture. I was curious, what is the time frame from when you put in the order for the boat until this point? I would guess this stage is still a couple of months to delivery time? Love these posts. |
Ordered in May of 2021. They will build whatever you like! I’m thinking end of April. Mercury Marine looks to be the hold up at this point. I might have to go Suzuki. |

Who did you order from? What is a 26 venture going for these days before outfitting? |

I ordered from Master Marine in Mt. Vernon. Marty Smith is my salesman! He’s fantastic to work with and he’s a C Dory owner as well!
Price?…more than my first house!

Looking fantastic! Thanks for the thread so some of us can follow along. The white Suzuki was a good choice. I figured I would one day upgrade my 22 to a 25 but I think the 26 Venture is the way. _________________ -Blair |

Now wait a sec either Clay or myself is color blind--and maybe it is me, my wife still tells me the dark grey pickup truck I bought year ago is actually navy blue. I didn't think that was an all black hull, but more of a cabernet red? |

On my calibrated monitor (I'm a photographer) the hull also appears dark red, not black. _________________ Paul |

If you folks would take a look at the gallery labeled Dock Holiday, you can get a good idea on what the actual hull color is. This picture is deceiving due to the sun angle or more accurately due to lack of sun.

Catskinner, You have a color that is almost Chameleon. I run into that frequently with that color. Yes it floats, as long as they were sure to put the plug in. It will float much longer with that in place.
It's coming. Step by step.
