I am in the process of buying a trailer for my 23 venture, The boat is not local at this point but need to know the dimension from the transom to the eye / trailer winch hook.
Also any thing I should know about the flat dead rise when choosing a trailer.Should I get a low slung trailer for shallow launching with 102" axels and low bunks or just go with the standard 96" which would put me over the fenders ? any thoughts, I'm not sure and don't have a lot of experiences with trailer set up????
Thanks KevinMc ( Boat Name to follow).

My 2 cents worth on launching. I would go with a trailer that allows you to launch in shallow water. I have had a couple of occasions where I could not launch because it was too shallow. Also I have had to wait longer to load since I had to wait for the tide to come in.

I have this King trailer, not sure of the model as the plate has long been obliterated. I assume this is the 102" (I haven't measured), because the boat sits between the fenders.

This trailer fits the boat perfectly, easy to launch and retrieve, offers a step on top of the fenders to easily get on board from the ground. We have launched the boat from very shallow water with no problems...

Regards,
Chris
