Hi All!

Well I'm officially addicted to C-dory's. Now I'm looking to go up from my 16's to a larger one (19'-22'). But I have no room for anything other than a 16' at my current home.

I'm looking for either indoor storage, OR outdoor storage.* I've heard there are commercial places such as storage rental units, but I think they are spendy, and before I go down that road, I'm more interested in connecting with a fellow C-Brat.

* If outdoor, I'm looking for recommendations on how to get maximum protection from the elements - which I believe would be a full "Canvas" or "sunbrella" type cover (?)

Anyone have anything to offer!? Want to prevent your C-dory from getting lonely!?

-James

My boat is stored outdoors with a full Sunbrella cover. The PO used a cut down pool cover which was effective, but very heavy.

I have a space in a small RV storage lot a few miles from my house.

We've used Neighbor.com, here's listings for vehicle storage for part of Seattle...ask questions via secure email, many will negotiate, costs about $20.

https://www.neighbor.com/search?can_store_vehicle=true&search=Seattle%2C%20Washington

Good luck!

John

I have never heard of "Neighbor" before. Cool idea, but for me, my closest neighbor, according to that is in "Seattle". Might work better for you than for me. Wink But I'm not the one looking Very Happy

There are a couple of options not yet addressed. Might be more spendy, and/or not as close to home.

OPTION #1. Startcraft Tom has parking for truck and trailer for out of area types that are looking for storage while they are on the water. He might be a consideration.

OPTOPN #2 Dry Stack storage at Twin Bridges. You call them, they put your boat into the water for you and have it ready to go when you arrive. NO trailering needed. Might be some $$ involved.
