Waiting with anticipation on seeing the cabin upholstery! Maybe next week? Sure looks good! You have many wonderful options and factory add-ons! |
After seeing that freakishly tall radar arch that I asked for it to be made 6" higher, I'm starting to question my bold fabric decision! _________________ Steve & Joanie

Gary, I'll second that. This is my kind of entertainment, watching their sparkling craft evolve.

Steve, It will be OK, you sill have no problem going under Deception Pass Bridge. You might have to let some air out of the tires when you go through Micky D's drive through It will get you antennas up a bit higher. Looks like they are mounted already. You are going to enjoy the outcome.

Very nice selection of upholstery material that complements the hull stripe.
Now, curtains? _________________ Gary F

You don't think the fabric selection looks straight out of the Bayliner catalog?
I believe now the snap curtains are only one color now - sort of a light cream color. |

We honestly have not looked at a bayliner catalog recently.
We went with a plain pattern material and then a print for the curtains. Yours will be the opposite, pattern material and plain curtain. Both are good. Can't wait to see the finished product. You are doing a great job. |

Steve,
I notice in Mark's photo of the fridge that the door is hung on the right side. I can tell by the position of the pull handle. You may want to have NMI change the door to hang on the left side if they haven't done this already. Our 23 Venture came with the door being hung on the right side. After a month of use, we found it easier to gain access to the contents of the fridge by not having to reach over the door. It was not too hard for me to reverse the door (bottom trim piece needs to be removed temporarily) but why not let the factory do it. |

Thank you Gary. I know you mentioned that to me before, and I looked at that photo but couldn't seem to make out which side it is hinged from. The opening handle being in the center doesn't seem to be a clue either. I will email Michael and ask him to have it hinged on the left. Thanks! |

Mark, following Steve and Joanie's Venture come to life is fun. I think you should do this for every boat. That's not too much to ask, is it? |

Mark,
I know that Steve and Joanie will be having a swim step installed on their new Venture 23. Any photos of this or will Sportcraft be installing the swimstep? |
