Search is often your best friend. This boat has been discussed before:
Here
Most of us think that the boat is overpriced. It is well equipped, and appears to be in good shape. The 150 is fine--some boats have 200 hp and they will be a little faster.
I happen to prefer the C Dory 25 but that is personal because of layout. The boats are very close to the same size. Slightly more "V" in the 26. I know of one very similar to this which sold for less than half of this price--but it was an exceptional buy. Maybe 20 to 25K less is a realistic figure. Just my impression. _________________ Bob Austin

Thanks, I did a quick search here but, for some reason, that thread did not pop up, although I did learn a lot about who was building what back then! Although I'm looking for a 25' C-Dory, I'm in no rush to buy. It will be interesting to see one of these up close and I'm only 1/2 hour away. |
