Yes, abusing my nerd privileges here. Not a C-Dory, and it's for sale.

The time has come to prepare for a return to the boats we all love. Much as I have enjoyed our Nordic 26, and have sunk countless hours and dollars into making it one of the finest examples out there - it's the wrong boat for me. The cold, hard truth is - my future boating will be mostly solo, covering a wide geographic range and a C-Dory or Marinaut is ideally suited to that use.

I know plenty of C-Dory folks move up like I did. If that's a decision you are considering, this really is a stunning boat.

Complete details are HERE.

I've been on this boat, prior to the upgrades; and it was a lovely boat then. Now - that is a truly fine example of a Nordic 26. Good luck with the sale, Will; someone is going to get a great boat.

Wow, what a great boat.

Someone is going to be very happy to be the new caretakers of such a beautiful vessel.

Good luck with the sale.

Holy Mackerel...."Wagmore" is For Sale!!!

I was with Will the day he got the boat. Ruthie and I were in on a lot of the updates and improvements over the years. We enjoyed being a part of it.. At the time there was three (3) 26 foot Nordic tugs for sale at the dock. Will got the very best one! So being on the dock I picked up brochures on all of them and years later I gave them to Will.

I would buy that boat myself --- but I am too damn old and ornery. I do have a brochure for a "NEW" 26 Nordic tug. Hang onto your butt --- $245,000 --- So if you want a real nice Nordic 26, Wagmore "be" da one.

Wow, Will, so that's what you meant by redoing a few things and making some upgrades. Holy cow, nice work. She's gorgeous. Someone's going to get a primo pocket cruiser. Hey, you made it over to La Conner okay, I see. How was that cruise? When you're good and ready, it'll be pretty groovy to have you back cruising with us in a Marinaut or C-Something.
Ruth and Joe, you also were kind enough to come see me and my boat just prior to launching for the very first time. You two are pretty darn special.

I have seen this boat several times through the process and it is better than new now. Will did a super job and I'm sure this was not an easy decision to change rides now that it is done.

Harvey, I imagine that's true. It would be tough to let such a pretty one get away. Heck, it's been a whole two weeks; Will might have changed his mind.

I remember seeing you working diligently on it. I hope your next boat is just as awesome, yet better suited for your uses. I'll come out your way for a fishing trip sometime maybe this summer, so it won't all be solo... We'd just have to decide who's boat to use!

I've not marketed Wagmore beyond here and the Nordic mailing list/Facebook page. I've had several inquiries, but truthfully - it's not been a priority to sell it.

With the boating season well underway, I'm renewing my efforts. I've hired somebody to plaster it all over dozens of boating web sites in the next couple of days. In preparation for that, I had a good friend who's handy with the camera take a bunch of pictures - including the lovely one below.

Here's a link to all of the updated pics. I'd love for this boat to go to a C-Brat, but that's probably wishful thinking. Still, I figured I'd bump this ad one last time before the masses see it.

Beautiful boat Da Nag!

Looking thru your pics, and not that it would really matter, I did notice there aren't any pics of the cockpit.

Best of luck with the sale. Someone is going to get a fine vessel!

An award-winning photo for sure. Who's the lucky new owner of Wagmore?

A lovely couple down in Lilliwaup. They'll be keeping Wagmore in Pleasant Harbor, where I delivered it a few days ago.

I'm now boatless, fella. They even took my dinghy. Feels wrong. I might need to bum a ride sometime.
