I buy that 1" stainless tubing in 10' sticks at the local Marine store, regular conduit bender works for most bends. Any metal fab shop can measure your boat, cut, bend & weld mounting brackets. Your wallet is the only limiting factor. Wink I wish my wallet was a lot fatter Laughing
Good luck on your project, post picts when your done.

Those are the bars I put on the MOOSE and they work great; they provide a nice stable platform. I had them custom made by the outfit that makes the roof rails, whose name escapes me at the moment. I'm sure someone will chime in. Just measure the distance you need; the installation is simple.

Any rail fabricator can make those. If you can get locally, then it will save freight. The "box"is probably made of King Starboard, which you can work with wood working tools and then screw together. (It does not glue well).

This is also easy to make with wood working tools.

I believe that those rails can be made by combining parts from standard available SS tubing. Sorry, I can't give you a source, but I know there are folks who have done all kinds of roof and cockpit railings.

Look up "Rail Makers" in the Seattle area, I think Everett. They are on of the suppliers for C-Dory MFG.

Buy the 10" piece of SS tubing or pipe. (3/4" or 1"). Use 45* EL. then a 45* foot pad all in SS, with Allen set screws. My rack is lower and between the sides of the splash well--I have made these several times. Use Bimini top fittings, or pulpit base fittings.

Below are some examples of the fittings available.
