2018 Yamaha 90hp w/ 137 hours
Stainless prop and aluminum backup
Permatrim
Maintenance performed at 20 and 120 hours (all Yamaha parts/fluids)

2016 Mercury 8hp w/ 20-30 hours
Manual start/tilt
Quick connect steering bar to main (front side)
Maintenance performed at 10 hours (all Mercury parts/fluids)

2006 EZ Loader tandem axle trailer
New disc brake actuator (9/2019)
New bunks w/ carpet (3/2020)
New calipers, brake pads and hub oil (4/2020)

This boat was completely updated in early 2018. Every system was gutted and replaced with brand new parts electrical, fuel, electronics, water, anchoring, lighting, communication, docking, etc. The fuel tank screw attachments in the floor have been over-drilled and filled with thickened epoxy. The same goes for the transom (old kicker mounting, transducer, old ladder mounting).

Cushions replaced with new sunbrella fabric (light grey)

Factory option 50+ gallon aluminum fuel tank

LED lighting in cabin, v-berth, deck, gunnels, navigation and anchor light
Standard Horizon VHF radio w/ 8' antenna
Sanipottie 960 w/ 5 gallon holding tank
Rule bilge pump w/ auto sensor
(4) docking lines, (4) fenders, emergency kit, fire extinguisher

Just installed this month:
Yamaha multifunction gauge (digital rpm, trim and oil pressure)
Complete shorepower system w/ bulkhead connection, breaker, and two outlets inside cabin
Stainless handles on bulkhead

My family (2 adults/2 children) has used this boat for fishing and camping. We have had many good adventures to the San Juan's and beyond. My kids are getting bigger and we have run out of room. I am upgrading to a 25' Cruiser. I have a stack of receipts and manuals for all the equipment. If your looking for a reliable boat that sips fuel and starts every time, then you have found it. This boat has a great backstory.
