This advisory includes boaters who wish to anchor out or pick up a mooring buoy. It also includes people whose primary home is somewhere other than the San Juan Islands. Please help us manage the potential spread of the virus, and prevent overloading our limited health care and emergency care infrastructure by staying at your primary residence. _________________ David and Kate

David, I'm curious to know if what you are seeing there is actually less than average, much less, or average boat traffic.
I had to do a trip to Portland last week, (essential business), and going down Hood Canal on 101, early morning traffic was very, very light. From Shelton to Olympia and on down I-5 it was very heavy and about 2/3rds were semi trucks.
Very few folk in Portland were masked.
