Fuse holder is broken and won't stay in place. What is the best way to replace it without changing the whole panel out.

I don't know what your fuse holder or panel looks like. However, it Is easy to insert the proper size fuse holder in line.

I would look on line, or e-bay for a replacement panel.

Personally I prefer the open type fuse holders in a
panel. If you align all of the fuse elements, a single
glance will often tell you which one is the problem.

Enclosed fuse holders may be water resistant, but
people tend to install them in the most inconvenient
places and they have to be opened up to check them.

Usually while standing on your head. Sad
