|
I got an Alaska Series dinghy Model 220 TDS which was included with my 23 Ventur puchase and can't find any manuals or info online.
Questions are:
I need to buy an air pump any recommendations on what to purchase?
What are the recommended pressure for the Floor and the tubes? I believe the floor should be at a higher pressure.
How many people can I carry in it? _________________ Donnie Wilson |

We have the same dingy. Hopefully your questions can be answered by the Gary King website.

I see their speciations show a capacity of a crew on 1-2. We have had three plus adults in ours for short runs. Hope this helps. Ken |

I have the twin sister to the Alaska, a Wolverine, but the same guy (Gary King) but mfg'd in a different factory so had to have a different name. I never had a pressure gauge so just pumped until firm. Easy to put 2 adults, even on the heavy side. Remember this is a "donut" boat, so it rows like less than a Whitehull by a big stretch, but it will float and stay right side up in some pretty serious seas. A great choice for weight, and function versus maneuverability. I have never had any mechanical power so cannot speak to that.
