SELLING FOR A FRIEND!! This is not my boat, but I have been authorized to list it and facilitate the sale of this boat.

This is a TURN KEY, 1 owner vessel that has only been used in freshwater. It's a great cruising boat ready for anything!

The 150hp Yamaha 4-stroke outboard was just fully serviced with new spark plugs, oil and filter change, fuel filters changed, new impeller, and lower unit serviced. The steering system is hydraulic.

The batteries were replaced this summer. The starting battery is a group 24 and the house bank consists of two group 27 deep cycle batteries. There is a three bank onboard battery charger.

The boat has a marine head with a shower. There is a 6 gallon hot water heater, a 26 gallon freshwater tank, wash down system on the aft deck, 100 gallon fuel tank, a 2 burner marine stove, a refrigerator, stainless sink and more.

Thought I should update this ad. Sold a month ago.
After owning a 22 for 10 years and sold 2 years ago, I finally found a pristine fresh water only 25 Cruiser with only 71 hours! Looking forward to the Spring.
