Don't forget to pay close attention to the current flow in Rosario Strait.
It can get really lumpy on a tide change. Shocked

If you're launching from Washington Park, I would suggest Hunter Bay. It's a pretty, completely protected anchorage with good holding. We moor our boat at Skyline Marina and it is our go to first stop when we're late getting away from the dock. Head south across Rosario, go thru Lopez Pass and go west to Hunter Bay. It will take you less than a 1/2 hour to get there. Always room and easy anchoring.
