Beautiful pics. Thanks for sharing.
I had to look up where, exactly, this piece of heaven is located... Love the name. _________________ "We can go over there...behind the 'little one'....."

Hermissenda crassicornis, a really beautiful nudibranch(sea slug).
If the slugs and snails in my yard looked that good, I'd never go diving. |

Again, wonderful and gorgeous photos. So glad to hear that God's Pocket is thriving and well managed. It was one of our "must stops" when going North in our Cal 46. We always had dinner there and visited with the divers and owners. _________________ Bob Austin

Christie Pass where Gods Pocket is located was the starting and ending point for our trip to Hakai Pass last summer, pictures on Grand Adventures Forum. Our favorite cruising area, not so far if you trailer to Port Hardy. |

God's Pocket is a really nice area. I was in and out of their bay, and anchored in the next bight north waiting for a high tide. This humpback dove under my boat while I was at anchor in about 25 feet of water. What a thrill.
Phil, your pix are spectacular. Nice to see what it looks like under the surface.

We had an Orca family of four come into the bay during our stay. They swam around under the dock in ten feet of water. We saw them in Browning Pass a few days later. |
