We have a cockpit cover that attaches on the back edge of the roof.It slides into a grooved piece that is screwed to the roof.The corners of that piece are breaking.Does anyone know where to buy that or what it is called?Also what would be best to use to fill into screw holes because some of the fiberglass is breaking around the screws.

I believe it's just called awning rail. Here's an example I found:

Awning railing is available at most RV supply and repair places. It may be cheaper and easier to get than having the item shipped. I favor the aluminum extrusion. It will conform to the room curve. The plastic will eventually chip, and deform to the point it will no longer grip the bolt rope in the fabric.
