In doing lots of research into all kinds of boats--I learned about a sister boat make of C-Dorys----Sea Sport Boats.
They sure do seem to be fine boats too----more or less C-Dory's on steroids.
Anyone have experience with this make of boat? _________________ I do not yet have a C-Dory but I am looking at getting one in the near future. |

Sea Sport a very nice boat but with a deep V hull Your looking at a Much bigger gas bill then with a c-dory or venture .The other side of the coin it will run better in choppy water. My venture 23 floats and runs in 15 inches of water . the Sea sport would take a 24-30 inches _________________ retired 8/08 from UAL, still working pt tm

I have sold new and used Rangers , Sea Sports , C Dorys and Rosboroughs for many years . I would be happy to discuss boat selection with you . After years of pilot house boats , I can help hone in on what would work for you .

All boats have compromises to a intended use and area waters. SeaSports were created by the Wright family in Bellingham, WA, the Wrights have been building boats for about 50 years. The Wrights ended up with the C-Dory molds in one of the recent economic downturns.
SeaSports are a lot like Parkers which are from your side of the country.
